Door leads to large bedroom with double bed,, second TV ,wardrobe., en suite shower room with. Shaver light.
With own entrance (This is not a flat share as is a spacious standalone unit for one dedicated occupant ,details as follow) Monday to Friday ( Sun Nights opt. 5 x nights a week only. Single occupancy . Being in the grounds of select country residence situated on the edge of a pretty hamlet near Horndean, surrounded by open countryside , 8 miles North of Portsmouth, 8 miles south of Petersfield, and only 2 miles from the A3M...

The Annex is contained, quiet, private, and not shared with any other person, having its own facilities..
Available on a Monday to Friday only basis., whilst you are away during the day, at your place of work in the area for your nightly accommodation i. e. 5 x nights per week if arriving on a Sunday / Monday night.. The room is yours for the duration, so is NOT let at weekends, or, at any other time, allowing you to leave belongings as required...Initial contact by email please.
All furnishings carefully chosen to create a pleasing restful environment.., with pine table, chairs and .accessories comfortable settee. .TV and full inventory of daily utensils.

The Annex is fully double glazed , warmly insulated to a high standard. Fully heated by radiators ,and effective designer ,artificial electric wood burning fan stove
Cooking by electric. inc. microwave .

Suitable for a professional person, with a home elsewhere, who is working away from home during the week, Mon to Fri.. non smoking with no pets, without the need to fully vacate possessions at weekends..( Can return Sunday night)
The annex has been a favourite over many years, for those working away from home, during the week and who want peace and quiet with absolute privacy & tranquility., on a permanent / regular basis. (Not a work from home office situation). Therefore you must have a place of work location ,that you are required to attend on a fulltime work basis..
