I have a double room to rent in my 3 bed detached house in Horndean near Waterlooville. The house is 2 minutes drive to the A3M, only 15 minutes from Petersfield or Portsmouth. It is a lovely warm room with a king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table/desk, mirror, bedside table with lamp, curtains, and lampshade.
There is a small, secluded, south-facing garden with a large patio that is perfect for sunbathing in the summer. You would have shared use of the bathroom which has a bath with shower over, a downstairs loo and shared use of the kitchen and lounge/diner.
The house is warm and cosy and my 27 year old son lives there with my 27 year old female lodger They are both very laid back and friendly.
