Plenty of parking on the driveway.
We have 2 dogs and a 2 year old son so it's a quiet house in the evenings - must be OK with this.
No shared living room.
Walking distance to Hythe, new forest on your doorstep, 5 minute drive to Fawley power station, 5 minute drive to gym/pool, 25 minute drive to Southampton or you can get the ferry from Hythe.
We ask for a deposit of £200 and first weeks rent upfront.
We like to do a viewing first ideally or at least a video call. As we have a 2 year old, we like to meet the person who will be staying with us first. Ideally DBS Check and references too.
