There is a downstairs toilet with sink as well as an upstairs bathroom. Short walk to beach and Lee on Solent high street, located near to CMAST and Daedalus air field. Easy access out of Lee for drivers and near bus stops. Quiet and tranquil area near to Alver valley country park and there is a gym, tennis courts, and golf course nearby as well as easily accessible local amenities. Must like dogs. We are a friendly family made up of mother, adult son and younger son (who lives here part of the time).; as well as 1 great lodger already and our own two dogs. We are used to hosting/ having people stay with us and find it often enriches our own lives too but don’t mind if you prefer your own company or just need a place to lay your head.
Ideally looking for professional person, able to provide some food/meals for extra cost if required. Gas, electric, WiFi included in rent. Rooms fully furnished (bedding and towels can be provided free if required). Must be non smoker. Able to keep shared areas clean and tidy when used, ie bathroom and kitchen. Access to dish washer, washing machine, washing line and dryer.(during wet weather months). Any questions please ask.. References will be taken up prior to moving in.

Please note single room for £450 per month unavailable at present. For a couple sharing the double room the cost will increase to £850.
