Double room near beach for Mon-Fri let

Double room in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and shops and 15 minutes from the M27, with parking on the driveway.
 The room has a king-size bed with storage underneath, two double wardrobes and a desk. You would also have full use of the kitchen, two reception rooms, a modern bathroom and a peaceful garden. All bills are included.
 You would be sharing the facilities with the live-in owner. I’m a quiet living driving instructor and I’m usually out 2-3 evenings a week. The room is not suitable for anyone who works from home.
 The house is located in Lee-on-the-Solent, a ten-minute drive from Fareham and 20 minutes from Portsmouth. A few minutes walk away are the beach, shops, pubs, restaurants, Alver Valley Country Park, social and sports clubs, cafes, free tennis courts, bus stops and great cycle paths. Gosport Leisure Centre gym and pool is a ten minute drive away, as is the passenger ferry to Portsmouth’s main shopping centre and historic dockyard.
 To be clear, the room is available for occupancy from Monday morning until Friday morning but you can leave your stuff in it all week. A reference is required from a previous landlord or employer. The move-in costs are one month's rent in advance and a refundable £250 deposit.
 The council tax band is D.
