House share with owner, single room

I have a small furnished but comfortable single bedroom to rent, 3.1m x 2.8m (10'4 v 9'2), with rear view over the garden. Use of the garden, kitchen, dining room, downstairs bathroom in my semi-detached Edwardian house.

The house is in a quiet no through road with on road parking. It is a 10 minute walk from Liss Railway station (Portsmouth – London Waterloo), buses and village centre with good selection of every day shops. The A3 road is about 5 minutes drive away. Liss is half way between Guildford (30 mins by car) & Portsmouth (25 mins by car). Plently of lovely surrounding countryside but near to civilisation!

I work predominately from home for myself running a small Health & Social Care Training company, or freelance for other training providers in my little office at the end of the garden or out at the clients venues. I am a Nurse!

I am looking for nice, honest, respectful, thoughtful, tidy, mature, gentle, working person who wishes to share my home and to feel at home. I have lots of lovely family & friends locally & you would made to feel very welcome to join in, should you wish to.

The bedroom has a single bed, furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and bookcase. Rental price is £150 per week which is inclusive of :- Heating, electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband, washing machine, microwave, oven. My new housemate will have their own little fridge in the utility area next to the kitchen.

I am a smoker but smoke outside. I have a rescue 20 year old, 3 legged elderly, non wandering cat, housetrained!
