Self Contained bed sit annex with ensuite

Winchester, Littleton, (3 miles from city centre) in a very quiet location. 5 minutes walk to local pub, 20 minutes walk to local shops, doctors and chemist.
Self contained, spacious and light, 1st floor single bedsit, with own shower/wc. We live in the main house, the annex is self contained and you would be the sole occupant with no shared facilities other than the garden and driveway. (We are friendly!!)
Recently re decorated. Furnishings include single bed, wardrobe, small cupboard, armchair, table and chair. There are also a few crockery, cleaning and other household items. Please note that the cooking facilities are very limited and comprise of combi microwave and fridge.
A washing machine and dryer for your personal use are located in our garage. You will need to supply your own towels and bedding.
This bedsit would suit someone who does not need to prepare large amounts of food or who is able to eat their main meal at work/elsewhere. Our last tenant was here for 4 years and the one prior to that was here for 6 years so we know the limited cooking facilities work well for the right person.
We would expect the accommodation to be kept clean and well looked after as it is currently in an immaculate condition. Some of the furnishings eg wardrobe and chest of drawers in the photos are currently being replaced with modern white items.
We are looking for a professional person who does not have the need to work from home.
No pets or smokers. Parking available on driveway.
Free WIFI. Garden.
Rent £615.00 per month in advance includes all bills. Available from 1st March 2026.
Deposit £500 in advance.
