Attractive, bright, comfortable double room

I have a lovely, sunny downstairs room to rent with TV, Freeview/DVD player built in, telephone and wifi and a wood burning stove (in the room). Double bed (brand new mattress), wardrobe, shelves and beside drawer. Carpets have all been cleaned and curtains.

You use the downstairs wet-room (amazing shower). You also use the front door which is closest to your room and we enter around the back of the house.

Driveway parking.

1 1/2 miles in either direction to a train station (Southampton/Salisbury). 10 minutes drive from Romsey, 15 minutes drive to Salisbury, 20 minutes to Totton, 25 minutes to Southampton.

Award winning pubs locally and the local Budgens shop is just down our private driveway.

We have a large house with a big garden leading onto our field with a canal/stream at the bottom. It's lovely sitting outside on the patio. There's me, Ann-Marie, Tim, my partner, Spencer, our son and we do have 4 chickens in the field. We both work full-time and we're not mad.

Shared use of kitchen and downstairs wetroom.

Mobile phone signal is weak in this area. We use Wi-fi calling and have a fast Wi-fi connection.


The village shop (Budgens) is down our private drive and we've got a 1 acre field at the back of the house (with chickens). We'd love to have a friendly, honest person to share our house.
