Part Time ONLY Spacious double in calm house

It looks like we found our perfect housemate to move in 26 October but until they actually move in we're still looking as plans can change.

if you'd like to be our new housemate please message us saying why you're a good fit to get a reply. There's lots of information here but we need to know about you.
We are currently only considering part-time housemates coming for work with a home elsewhere and offer fab rates and a supportive environment for this.

£500/month up to 5 nights Mon-Fri
£450/month up to 4 nights Tues-Fri

£650/month full time short term rate may be possible in certain circumstances.

All inclusive rates with no need to contribute to house kitty: loo roll, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, basic condiments all sorted.
900 mbs WiFi

Well equipped kitchen including air fryer, microwave, tumble dryer, tupperware, no need to bring anything apart from your food.
Your own fridge freezer and 2 cupboards, plenty of space for you.

About our house :
One of us works nights and sleeps in the day Tuesday to Saturday, and the other needs space and quiet for therepeutic work in those times so we're looking for someone working predictable daytime hours away from the home, not home workers. 🌹
All nationalities/religions welcome, short term arrangements considered, Introvert male likely to be a good fit.

Spacious double at the front of the house. Comfy bed with IKEA hovag mattress. Bedside tables, lamps, tall chest of drawers. High capacity built in storage space. If needed can provide fold up chair, fold up table, laundry basket, towels, bedding.

The bathroom is shared but due to our working hours you will be the only one needing to shower and get out in the morning and will have priority at that time, plus there is an extra toilet downstairs.

House vibe :
Easy-going: We've both lived many years in house shares so respect your choices and don't have silly expectations, just basic consideration, communication, and cleaning up after ourselves.
Warm: No skimping on heating or water, be comfortable.
Conscious: Smoking/drugs/excess alcohol are deal-breakers for us
Introvert-friendly: No socialising expected and your privacy respected. Home as a retreat from the world, visitors a rarity, overnight guests only by arrangement.

House is at the end of a cul de sac with no through traffic, parking available, good neighbours, happy and secure vibe. Few minutes walk to Locks Heath shopping centre with Waitrose, Iceland, doctors, chemist, barbers, hairdressers, 24/7 gym, restaurants.
Close to Whiteley, Segensworth, Swanwick, River Hamble, Warsash beach. Desirable area.
