The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside unit and chair.
No smoking in the house but smoking outside is ok
Close to supermarket and local shops, and on a bus route into town.
You will be living with me and my boyfriend - I am 36 and an Accountant, my boyfriend is 39 and a Carpenter. We are both friendly, easygoing and tidy, we like to be sociable at the weekends but don't do much during the week as we both work long hours. We are looking for somebody who is also quiet during the week, but we don't mind if you want to go out at the weekend!
You must love dogs - I have a Shih-Tzu girl) and a Jack Russell (boy). It is very important to me that the person we live with can interact with the dogs, they are a bit mental but are very loving!
The room is available immediately and is £350 per calendar month, plus £350 deposit. Short term lets of 1 month plus are fine, we are looking to rent out the room for approx 6 months/ until Christmas
Suitable for Students or professionals, male or female. Sorry no couples.
