I'm looking for someone to live in my spare room and help out with rent. Im not allowed to sublet but am allowed to have a roommate if they sign the tenancy agreement.
I have 2 dogs, a cat, a snake, and an axolotl and will allow small pets and maybe small dogs if they get on with mine for an extra deposit.
Bills included apart from council tax
There's 1 parking spot spare on my drive and a free overnight car park about 1 minute down the road.
