Very large double room, with double bed, wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, bedside cabinet, lamp and large tv, in main street of ludgershall. Own private bathroom with power shower and bath. Large driveway to fit 6 cars. Lounge area is for landlord use only, but you will have use of large kitchen, with range cooker and microwave and separate dining room with TV (for whole household to use). We have had tenants for the past 9 years and have easy going personalities. We have two working dogs which are well behaved and never go upstairs.
We don't mind smokers, as long as no smoking in the house, but we would prefer non smokers.
