*Use of separate sitting room with TV, sofa and desk for a laptop and exercise bike (except when used as very occasional TV room or as a guest room by a visiting friend on occasional weekends.)
*Off street parking in large driveway.
*Shared use of kitchen (newly refurbished), dining room with tv, and utility room.
*Wifi and broadband.
*£18 per month on top of rent for cleaning, if required.
*£450 per month for Monday to Friday/someone away regularly
