Modern and pristine single bedroom en suite (with shower), smart TV and WIFI/Ethernet. Great, central and secure location (gated development) just off High Street.

You will have complete privacy (ground floor bedroom in townhouse apartment accessed via the hall). The lounge and kitchen (fully equipped) are on the first floor, shared with one other person only (second bedroom en suite on the top floor). You will have storage cupboard in the kitchen plus space in fridge/freezer and use of a washing machine.
No garden, garage or off-road parking, but parking in the street is fairly easy and I will happily give you a bit of advice on the free parking nearby.

I am looking for a trustworthy flatmate, in employment (no DSS please) who would like to live in homely, cozy, comfortable and clean quarters.
Long term arrangement preferred, but short term considered, too.
Rent £115 weekly = £500 per month. For the right person would agree to negotiate the rent. All bills included. An optional extra £20 monthly for cleaning.

The room is available mid-August.
