For single occupancy only in large beautiful home.

All bills are included in the monthly price plus a weekly clean. There is parking on the driveway, a large garden and beautiful views from the bedroom. In the room is a personal safe and a mini fridge with plenty of storage in a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Broadband is available and you will have use of the utility room - washing machine and kitchen. The dining room and living room are also available for use.

Ideally, we are looking for a professional with single occupancy, non-smoker and no pets. Would suit a lodger Mon-Fri or someone who travels for work or another teacher.

We are a friendly family of four. My husband and I are both professionals - teaching in secondary schools. We have two boys age 5 years and 8 years old who attend school.

We have previously had lodgers in our home and more recently we have hosted on airbnb for the past 5 years. We have always received fantastic reviews and we are now looking to have a lodger in our home once more.
