We have two large double rooms to rent in our lovely spacious home in Netley (we're live-in landlords).

The rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, armchair, and wardrobe.

All bills included: broadband (which is very good quality), council tax, water, gas and electricity.

Close to bus stops and train station with easy access to the motorway. Parking spaces available on the road.

The house has a giant garden that you're welcome to use. We have 2 lovely cats called Mocca and Latte.

Less than 15 minutes walk to places such as Netley Abbey and Victoria Country Park.

If you like fresh vegetables you can easily get to Pickwell Farm. Tesco 24 hours is 10 min drive and Southampton Centre 15 min.

These rooms would share a spacious bathroom (we have a separate one).

We have a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen you can use.
