The first floor of my chalet bungalow is currently available for a lodger. It consists of a large bed-sitting room plus a bathroom with toilet, sink & bath. Downstairs there is a shower room with a well equipped shared kitchen and a shared dining/garden room which opens into the garden. There is off road parking with a garage for bicycle storage. A Co-op and take-aways are nearby as well as a bus-stop (BlueStar 4 to Southampton & Romsey). The house has internet and there is a TV aerial point in the bedroom.
I live at the property (downstairs) along with a Springer Spaniel dog.
North Baddesley is a large village which has good road links to Southampton, Romsey, Eastleigh, Chandler's Ford & Winchester. It is convenient for Southampton Hospital (by bus, bicycle or a short drive) and has several schools nearby for those participating in the 'train to teach' programme.
Any lodger needs to be a quiet independent person in employment (not a full-time home worker).
