The modern open plan kitchen/ living area provides a great space for cooking eating and socialising.
The kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances (2 Hobs, Fridges freezers, Ovens) plus dishwasher, microwave and Tassimo coffee machine. Tenants are able to take advantage of the comfortable lounge area to socialise after a hard days work or chill out in front of the TV. The practical breakfast bar or bistro area are great places to grab something on the way out or to share news with your fellow house mates.
Separate utility rooms contain washing machines and dryers whilst outside is a rear patio with secure bike storage and space to unwind in the summer months.
