Spacious King Room

Hi, I have a spacious, freshly painted king room available in my large two bedroom flat in the North-end of Portsmouth. It's currently furnished with a bed, double and triple wardrobe, trunk and two bedside tables.

A bit more about the flat:

- there is free on street parking
- its an easy walk to Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury's Local, Tesco Metro, local convenience stores, various pubs, restaurants and takeaways
- equal distance to London Road and Copnor Road bus routes
- I have a garden with veggie patch, outdoor seating, charcoal bbq - where I eat most of my meals in the summer! Also perfect for entertaining.
- washing machine and tumble drier for fluffy towels and the damp midwinter laundry days, a rotary airer in the garden for when the weather allows, and a clothes horse for those delicates (or sports clothes) that just can't cope with the tumble drier.
- shared shower room, with a fresh paint job, new shower (and a new window with a trickle vent so you don't have to choose between getting steamed out or blasted with frigid air in the winter)
- Electricity, gas, water, council tax, Virgin Media 100M cable broadband and wifi extension which takes it all the way to the back of the garden (most of the time), freeview and Amazon Prime Instant Video included in the price
- Fully stocked kitchen, all the usual plus food processor, slow cooker, blender - flexible on cupboard, refrigerator and freezer space - we can figure out what works best for us

I am a tidy, easy going professional female with interests in most athletic pursuits, adventure novels, travel and good food and wine. My boyfriend maintains I am a cliche as I have both a SUP and a VW campervan; however it does mean I spend a fair amount of time away camping! I prefer to live with interesting, tidy people with sustainable outlooks (I'd appreciate your support in areas such as composting veggie scraps, not leaving the heating on with the windows open, recycling, the little that Portsmouth actually supports etc.) and I'd like to know a bit about you - so please reply with some interesting details about yourself/yourselves and your expectations. I am happy to consider short term, pets and couples on an individual basis with a potential rent adjustment to cover additional costs.
