North End - convenient for buses shops pubs walks

The house is situated between Copnor Road and North End shops in a great location for buses to Town, Southsea, Cosham, St Mary's Hospital and QA Hospital.

This is a friendly, family-shared house consisting of me and 3 others in their 20s, with shared living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs bathroom and garden. Non-smoker preferred as there is no smoking in the living areas of the house. We also own 2 very friendly dogs and so the room is only available to those who like and are OK living with dogs.

We are flexible with the available moving in date should you need to move in sooner/later.
