Double room available to rent in modern three bedroom home. You will have your own bathroom which has a bath. Lovely location with a parking space, close to m3 and Hook/Winchfield train station. I live in the house with my dog so you must be happy to live with a dog. You will also have use of separate private lounge in evenings (I use the room as my office in the day but it has a sofa and tv). The room is furnished, some of the furniture differs from the photo displayed. I’m very easy going and am not at the house much at the weekends as I tend to go to my partners. I work from home 3 days a week. Would consider couples however please contact me to discuss as the price will change.
