Double bedroom available in Basingstoke

Large double room available in a 2 bedroom, new build house in Oakley, Basingstoke.

Shared bathroom (4 piece suite), kitchen and living/dining room with patio doors to the garden. There is also a WC downstairs which I never use so is essentially your own.

All bills (including broadband) are included.

There is allocated off street parking to the side of the house which is situated in a quiet, newly developed cul-de-sac.

Basingstoke train station and town centre are around a 10 minute drive and there are also regular buses that run from the village into the centre and to the train station.

There is a well stocked Co-op and One Stop/post office a 5 minute walk from the house. The area is beautiful, quiet and fairly rural.

About me:

I would say I’m probably less “live in landlord” and more housemate - with the right person! I get along easily with people and enjoy good company but also enjoy my own space and time.
I work full time as a contractor and work from home most of the time. After work I love going out for food with friends if I’m not staying in and bingeing a show. I’m also big on getting out for walks - hoping to start running soon too!

About you:

I’m looking for someone kind, respectful and - most importantly - honest.
Cleanliness and hygiene is of the utmost importance to me (they say cleanliness is next to godliness 😉) so please don’t make enquiries unless you have at some point queried the possibility that you have OCD. I joke - or do I??
