Cosy Single Room In Petersfield

A five minute walk from Town Center and Petersfield Station. Cozy well appointed room suitable for single, employed, non-smoker.

You will have your own well equipped kitchen which is shared with 2 others, each in their own bed/sitting room. Probably not suitable for Vegans as some food in refrigerator might prove offensive.

Landlady in permanent residence, has own facilities downstairs. Uses shower/bath room and washing machine/drying facilities upstairs, when you are out at work.

You are expected to care for your own room. Best hygiene maintained in the bathroom and the kitchen. Cleaning aids supplied by landlady for ease in maintaining good standards of cleanliness. Each user of washing machine supplies their own products. If required, all bed linens, duvet and pillows supplied. Towels also.

This is a harmonious and discreet warm home. Each lodger has individual requirements which I endeavour to meet/negotiate.

The room is only ever for single occupancy.

WiFi available. Each lodger provides his/her own T. V. set. Basic TV connection in each room. Virgin Cable TV/Broadband/Landline also available at individual's expense.

This is a 100% non-smoking home.

Two minutes walk, from the front door, there is private off street parking and/or garage available at additional cost; full time or overnight rates.
