Furnished double room available in 3 bed semi detached house in picket piece. Situated just outside of Andover, with easy access to the a303 and a34 this room is likely to suit a professional working in the area.

About me - a veterinary surgeon, I work Monday - Friday, with some days from home (the third bedroom is currently set up as a small home office).
I have a 2 year old Labrador, who is well behaved but can be bouncy so being comfortable around dogs is a must. Most of my free time is spent hiking or doing various sports / clubs.
I’m fairly chilled out, but do like to keep the house tidy so am looking for else who is going to respect the house.

I would consider a lodger with a dog, on the requirement that the dogs met before to check they got along, and this would be subject to an additional deposit.

The bedroom is furnished, but welcome to bring along additional furnishings and the rent includes bills including council tax and fair usage broadband .

There is a driveway with parking for two cars ( I have two) but plenty of road space and I would be happy to alternate driveway use.
