Double Room in Large Relaxed Modern Home

Modern home in the new development in Picket Piece. We are a gay couple but open to having anyone share our home with us if the person is right. We are a relaxed couple and enjoy spending time with friends and family and socializing, but also enjoy an afternoon on the settee in front of a good film.

As can been seen in the photographs, it is a double room with sole use of a bathroom.

Towels and bedding supplied and refreshed when required.

The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, double oven and 6 burner gas hob. You will be able to use all of these facilities. There is a study with a desk, chair and printer that can also be used, should you need to work from home. We have a small landscaped garden that can be used when the weather permits.

We have a young cat who keeps himself to himself. If you are very honoured, he might let you stroke him haha. We are open to all preferences...vaping is fine indoors and smoking is permitted in the garden. We eat meat and love nuts in all forms, and therefore, if you have allergies or are intolerant to any of these things, including our sexuality, this would not be the place for you.

To protect your rights, and ours, you will be required to sign a legally verified Lodger Agreement.
