You will be a professional working away from home, staying weekdays only. You will be working daytime hours (not overnight shifts). You will be looking for a clean, comfortable room with absolutely no bathroom issues. Very important to you will be guaranteed off-road parking for your car. A fast and reliable broadband connection will also be a firm requirement. You are likely to be 40 + years of age. And you may need a receipt in order to claim expenses.

I am offering a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower over bath) - for single occupancy. The front drive is spacious, thus I am able to allocate a reserved parking space. I have a 1000 Mb+ wireless broadband service installed. The room I am offering includes: double bed, desk & chair and built-in wardrobes. There are absolutely no hidden charges for bills. This is a serviced room with bedding and towels supplied.

I am a live-in landlord with a generously proportioned solidly built home in Portchester. I am sociable yet respectful of people’s privacy.

The person that takes this room will be sharing a well appointed kitchen with one other professional lodger. Landlord cooks in a separate kitchen.

The location is ideal for DSTL, IBM, QA hospital. And Whiteley and Portsmouth are just a short drive away.

The all inclusive rent is £550 PCM. Short stays are also considered.
