Spacious and modernised 3 bed terrace house to rent as a whole. I have owned and lived here for four years and am now looking to rent as moving outside of Portsmouth. All main furniture is supplied and can be supplemented by the tenants.
All bedrooms have enough space for a double bed with the master and second bedroom being spacious. Also an upstairs bathroom, open living and dinning area, large kitchen, downstairs loo and conservatory. The road is a quite no through road, near Baffins pond, parks and bus routes. Bathroom has been recently refurbished, new double glazed windows installed and the boiler is less than 6 months old. Parking is permitted and available to tenants to apply with 2 hours free (no return in 3 hours).

Total rent per week is £320 this can be split between a maximum of 3 tenants as they see fit. Bills are not included. The £1,500 deposit will be held in a deposit protection scheme. A video record will be taken jointly at handover to agree the condition and inventory of the property. The property has always been pet and smoke free which is why these are not allowed now. It was also professionally deep cleaned in summer 23. I will be looking to attend the property occasionally, with plenty of prior notice, to maintain the garden.

Viewing of the property is welcomed and can be arranged at various times by contacting myself. I'm mainly free outside of 9-5 work hours. As a minimum I will be looking to have an informal interview with all tenants to understand their situation and ensure everything is clear before signing contracts.
