Europa house is a student premium accommodation in Portsmouth, 5-minute walk from Gunwarf Quays and 10-minute walk from the main university buildings. It has amazing views, free 24/7 gym access, a cinema room, study rooms and a lounge/rec rooms with pool and table tennis. For one person the price is £191 per week, and for 2 it's £210 per week. (£105.50 each). This includes all bills, a kitchen, ensuite a dishwasher and a large monitor. After tirelessly searching, this is the best accommodation we could find in Portsmouth, however we now have to replace our tenancy due to moving to another city for another accommodation. This price is £10 per week less than from the website, as we booked this accommodation before prices changed, meaning you will save £510. Only one tenant needs to be a student.
