Large Double Room (with only one other tenant)

Large Double Room Available in February.

I currently have one double room available in my home, with myself (and my dog) as the only other occupant.

Quiet house in a really lovely residential area.

Ideally seeking a female professional (ideally working outside of home but open to hybrid workers).

One room available, but it is located on it's own floor so you will have a lot of privacy. The bathroom isn't ensuite but I have my own, so you will have mostly have sole use of the main bathroom. It is the central bathroom, so visitors will use when needed or if I have a bath (only bath in the house).

It is a large double room, with fitted wardrobes so lots of storage space. You will also have some use of the double room next to it (we share to dry clothes etc, but I am happy for you to put a desk in there as long as you know I will also have access).

It's a quiet home (really quiet neighbours) and would suit a professional who wants some down time after work (rather than a busy shared house).

I have a Cockapoo so must really love dogs. He is nearly 10, so pretty chill but he will want to say hello from time to time. He's been the highlight for most people who stay as he's a pretty lovely housemate.
