Seeking a Flatmate for a nice 2-Bed New Build in Portsmouth!

Hello there! My name is Angelika 🙂 I have a 2-bedroom flat in Portsmouth on the old Prison site. The flat is on the 2nd floor (don’t worry we also have elevator) and it's a cosy space I share with my two lovely and well behaved cats, you don’t need to like them but you must respect them as it’s also their space and I treat my cats as family. The bus stop is a minute away from the building, the train station is a 20 minutes walk away.

The available room comes with an en suite, a built-in wardrobe, a comfortable double bed with a quality mattress. But feel free to decorate it in your own style. Smoking inside in not okay with me but I also have a really nice and big balcony ☺️

There is possiblity for allocated parking space provided with the room for an extra 50 pound a month.

A bit about me: Single from Poland, working professional. Im pretty laid-back, enjoying my time in front of the TV, playing games and going abroad on holidays and adventures. I only work night shifts. LGBT+ friendly.
