My housemate is moving out soon and I’d like to stay in the house so I’m looking for someone to replace him. Can move in any time from now.
12month minimum term. £1250/month rent split equally. Bills not included but come to generally around £300 each max in winter on top of rent (this fluctuates due to heating but just to give you an idea). 900MB fibre optic broadband.
Boring stuff done - now about the house!
Nice 2 bed terraced house in standard Portsmouth style, 2 very good sized bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, kitchen and bathroom off the back of the house. Garden. On road (no permit - free!) parking. House was completely refurbished last year before I moved in, new kitchen. Great landlord! Once my housemate leaves the house will be part furnished.
About me - I’m a 28yo woman with a 5yo~ indoor cat. I work locally and enjoy board games, walking and the pub amongst other things.
About you - no pets, my cat is very much an only pet, sorry.
I’d like to get to know a prospective housemate before moving in, so meeting up in advance is essential 😊
