Large double room in Baffins

I have a large double bedroom (downstairs / front of the house) available for rent

Will consider Mon - Fri also. (£450pcm / £450 deposit)

I wfh full time so need someone to have a job. No DSS sorry

The bed currently there is an ikea sofa bed with storage underneath and has a mattress that’s only been used for 6 months so far. The wardrobe was new too and room was freshly painted. If more storage is needed, I have space in the loft

I’ve lived here for 2 years with cats Frankie and Norman since moving from London. I’ve rented rooms before in a previous property and am just looking for a good fit.

It’s a 2 bed terrace with the bathroom upstairs and decent little garden. Summerhouse due to be in shortly.
