Deposit: £300( holding deposit) + 1 month rent in advance.
I’m looking for a professional or mature student who is friendly, tidy and respectful to rent a double
room in my home in Copnor. This will start as a short-term let (3 months) so we can make sure
it’s a good fit, with the option to continue long-term if it works well for both of us.
