Two small double rooms available in a well-maintained 3-bedroom house, ideal for single working professionals looking for a calm, respectful place to live.

The house has a large shared living space and kitchen, so there’s plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded. There are two bathrooms, which makes shared living easy and practical.
Parking is a big plus here — there’s a private driveway with space for 2–3 cars. The garden is currently basic/low-maintenance, so no gardening expectations.

I’m away most of the week, so this would suit mature, self-sufficient lodgers (preferably 25+) who are happy managing day-to-day things themselves and can deal sensibly with any minor issues if they come up (e. g. contacting a plumber).
