Hi! My name is Helena and I live in a house in Southsea, Portsmouth.
Unfortunately, one of our housemates is moving out as she wants to move in with her boyfriend, so we are helping her find someone to take her place.
We are an all-girls house with one bathroom and a half bath, with a decent sized living space and kitchen. We also have a garden! We are (if I say so myself) three very nice girls. There are two 22 year olds and one 26 year old. The room is large and fully furnished. We have a washing machine.
We each pay £450 in rent a month, and £112.93 in bills, so £562.93 in total. We pay our bills via Unihomes. The tenancy is from anytime now until the end of July.
