Double room in sharing 3 bedroom house

we have 1 furnished room to rent in a share 3 bedroom house. It's available straight away.
The house is very close to local amenities (Tesco, ASDA Lidl, Aldi, pharmacy, GP, Schools, etc).

Portsmouth City center are only 10 minutes walking distance.

The local bus service are off road.
Room includes sofa bed ( if needed we can provide single or double bed instead ) , wardrobe, bedside, drawers, etc.
There is Wifi, a very big fridge/freezer and washing machine, etc...
Rent is to be paid weekly or monthly with £200 deposit only . All bills are included.

Preferably professional or student female.
As the house is already rented to females , sorry no discrimination.

It would be helpful if you could supply basic details about your current situation, when you are looking to move in and your current employment status and circumstances.
Please note that I have two double rooms available so it would be good for couple if they want to take them both.
