Double room in Baffins

I have a spare room upstairs available for short term rentals. (Monthly cost for a couple will be £750 per month all bills incl)

The room is a decent sized double. Two wardrobes - one built in. Under bed storage and nearly new mattress (6 months old)

I’m 47, travelled a lot. Settled in Portsmouth from London about 3 years ago and finally bought a house. I work from home - in the front lounge - but the lounge is never used after about 4pm. Through to the kitchen there’s another lounge area, plus garden and new small summerhouse (due to be in by end of June).

Upstairs is my room, the spare and a large bathroom.

I have space in the loft for any storage needed. Two cats here too, Frankie and Norman. Very friendly.

(The green folded sofa in the room will be going soon and any personal items removed)

Happy to be used as a base whilst a perm home is being searched for.

Like to think I’m quite personable, generous and pretty chilled in general. I love to play pool and I captain a local team.

Also, I’m 420 friendly but only ever outside.
