Looking for friendly 25 yrs plus, female working full-time, office hrs to share bright, clean, newly furnished, all-female house share. Ideally,

LOCATION:
House is located in southern North End, two minutes walk from shops, restaurants, cafes, chemists, banks, and direct buses to Commercial Rd, University, Gun Wharf, Cosham.

It is ideally situated for commuting by car out of Portsmouth, as the M275 is 2 mins away, for a short and easy commute to Cosham, Port Solent, Chichester, Fareham and beyond.

North End: 4 mins walk
Ferry port: 15 mins walk
Commercial Road: 15-20 mins walk
University: 30 mins walk (15min by bus)
Train Station: 20 mins walk
Gunwharf: 30 mins walk (15mins by bus)
Cosham and QA Hospital 15 mins by bus

The house is double glazed, centrally heated and newly decorated in neutral, modern style, with all new kitchen and bathroom appliances. E. g. new thermostatic, fast-flow shower (so temperature is constant), and a heat-pump sensor controlled, quick-dry tumble drier.

There's a newly decorated, homely, shared lounge with Virgin TV with ALL package of channels, including HD, plus Boxsets, and SKY cinema for on-demand and film channels. The lounge is nicely furnished with a large coffee table, recliner sofa and chair, flat screen TV and a DVD.

Kitchen wise, there's ample storage - everyone shares a fridge with one other person, has one freezer drawer and a two-shelf cupboard for sole use. Plus the kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you need, plus usual appliances, e. g. microwave, blender & smoothie maker.

The washing machine and drier have a quick wash/dry function, so clothes are washed & dried in a couple of hrs. The drier is sensor dry so it stops drying when clothes are done.

The garden is well maintained (by me) and is a lovely sun trap in the summer months with trees, grass and flowers. It has a swing seat, bench, sun loungers, plus a new, six-seat, wooden, dining table and BBQ for al fresco dining and table top/ card gaming.

Parking is on-street and OK for space. You can normally park on same road as house/ near the house. There is off-street parking 3mins walk from house, which is available to rent for approx £20 a month, if desired

WOULD SUIT:
Friendly, tidy, considerate, professional female aged 25 or over, working full-time, office hours Mon-Fri. Being home one day in the week is OK, but not every day on shift work.

ABOUT ME
I own the house; however, I'm pretty easy-going and friendly. For example, the lounge is available for you to use, and it's fine to have friends over. Boy/friends staying over is also no problem; however, no more than 2-3 times a week, otherwise they are here more than their own home.

My motto is "treat people as you would like to be treated" and I would hope for the same in return. I believe it is right for you to expect good standards if you are paying to live somewhere, hence the house is very clean, all repairs are done promptly, while maintenance and decoration is kept to good standard.

There is a weekly cleaner for communal areas

I have a male cat who very friendly. However, he is mainly outside or in my room with me. Don't worry, there's no hair on floors and furniture. House is kept clean. There's also no stinky litter tray/pets smells.
