Second person for a 2 bedroom flat

Hello, I'm a masters architecture student in Portsmouth university this year and I'm looking for someone to join me in a two bedroom flat in Gunwharf. The property is furnished with 2 big double bedrooms, huge living room, shared bathroom and kitchen. Its very big and spacious flat. It is 2 minutes away from all the restaurants and shops in Gunwharf, close to gym, tescos and also to university. Its price is perfect for the flat quality and the location you get. Rent is of the whole property is 1250 but you will need to pay 575 as I'm paying a bigger share to make it easier to find housemates.
I would prefer if the second person is also a masters student, since we wont need to pay council tax if we are both students. I am very chill person, looking for someone who is tidy, nice and respectful to others. I also like to hang out friends in my free time, visit pubs, cinema, go for walks etc.

Rent is higher compared to student homes in Portsmouth but this is a place for those who want their home comfort with them while focusing their studies. I have already viewed and paid the holding fee for the place so I need someone to join me as quickly as possible.
