We are a group of students + 1 Worker looking for someone to fill the last room in this house share. Big spacious garden (Brick), parking spaces and friendly atmosphere.

Long Term Stay Only

Most of us are musical or game oriented, UoS students and Soton student so doesn't really matter where you're going.

Personally- Hi I'm Will- I have lived here 3 years now and will be finishing Uni this year. When the contract becomes active (The one you are joining) I will be the only one paying the Council Tax. Obviously if you are a non student this will be split 2 ways which is mutually beneficial, however by no means necessary.

I want to add, we are very easy going with social and non social people. There are 3 languages within the house (Greek, Polish and English being the common). By no means are there many rules other than do your part.
