Double Room

Hello!

We are two female and one male professionals looking for 4th flatmate starting April 14th (Flexible with the dates if you want to move in early or bit later in April).

A little bit about the house:
- 5 min walk from Uni of Southampton
- 8 min to Tesco/Sainsbury's
- 5 min walk from nearest bus stop

4 double beds with 2 showers and 2 toilets (All modern)
All rooms have double beds and wardrobes with table and desk.
White Goods available
A lovely back garden which is big enough for a badminton game!

Bills (gas, electricity, water and broadband) are paid separately along with council tax
- Broadband (Toob) = £8 per month per person
- Gas/Electricity/Water = £50 (approx) per month per person

A little bit about us:

2 professionals working at NHS, Southampton.
1 professional working from home for a private healthcare company (London)

We clean the house ourselves frequently and are very easy going and looking for someone who also likes to keep living spaces tidy and is super easy going.

We have monthly rolling contract based tenancy from the agency. That means we need 1 month prior notice if at all you would like to move out of the property. Please bear in mind that a small holding deposit might be asked from you just so that we can take the property off market without having to look for other potential flatmates.
