I am leaving my lovely house near portswood road at the end of may and need someone to take over my room. The house is 10 min walk to Southampton uni, 5 mins to Sainsbury’s and portswood high street. The room is the downstairs bedroom, has lots of storage and desk provided. Shared area includes kitchen, living area, bathroom, garden. Friendly and clean place to live - I would be staying if I was staying in Southampton! You’ll be sharing with 3 male postgrad students. Good, responsive landlord.
