Double room on the ground floor at the back of the house with a shower and en suite toilet, the room available is the room in the pictures. The house has been recently decorated, I believe in the summer of 2013 and will be the second group of tenants to live in the house since being decorated. With a bathroom upstairs with a separate toilet. The room and share of all shared spaces is £95 per week, the same price as the other 3 tenants, however bills are not included. Other tenants are all female student nurses, aged 20-23. Males and female welcome!! We do like to go out, but rarely more than twice a week as we are on placement (in the local area) 50% of the year!
