Spacious double, furnished bedroom with en suite

I live in a detached property and have a spare double bedroom to rent. The room is part furnished and benefits from an en suite which includes a shower.
I am hoping for a conscientious lodger who works full time and shares some of my interests and views. I hope you are ecologically minded and into recycling. I enjoy listening to music and do occasionally crank it up but this is never early morning or late evening unless it's a special occasion! We have a Jack Russell dog who is fourteen years old and a bit deaf so really need a pet friendly lodger. We have gas central heating and broadband. There is a spare parking spot within an enclosed garden and a small patio area.
