Double Room - single occupancy (part week)

Ground floor Double room situated next to shower room with toilet. Whilst not an on suite will be kept for your own use.
Use of the kitchen, living room and garden with seating area.
The right person will be at work during the day time and not on a shift pattern. (I do have a dog who will bark when door is opened)

Property has a garden and on-drive parking.

weekday rental (Monday to Friday) but would be open to other week pattern option

The right person will be out to work during week days and not working from home. We do have an office near the High Street that might be suitable for someone to work from though as part of the rental.
Mature student considered

Bills included subject to being responsible with the use. i. e conscious of electric, l turning lights off. water running etc

Must be tidy and keep own room clean whilst helping with the shared area of house.

I do have a small-dog so must be used to them. He is friendly and will follow you especially in kitchen. He will bark mainly when it’s the door or your leaving.
Most of the time just myself however I do have my daughter home from uni holidays etc.
looking for a female who is friendly but also likes their own company.
