Fresh, light double room to rent in a converted barn on a working farm.

The room is furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, bookcase, desk and bedside table.

Location - as it's rural location, you will need a car, however there is quick, easy access to Petersfield, Alton and Winchester. That being said, we are in the South Downs with some beautiful countryside and lovely country pubs.

The room - the barn is upside down so the room is on the ground floor, same as the shared bathroom. You will have access to the kitchen upstairs where it's all open plan.

Facilities - access to wifi and use of washing machine / dryer.

Must be a dog lover as i have two rowdy rescues!

If you're a smoker, that's fine, but you need to smoke in the garden (no matter what the weather 😁)!

One month rent as deposit and month in advance, payable weekly an option if needed.
