Two rooms available in house share

House

I am renting out two double rooms that are unfurnished so you can bring your own things. They both have inbuilt hanging space and one room has a big built in wardrobe.

There are also a big windows so the house has lots of light. There is one bathroom in the house but also a downstairs toilet. There is a front and back garden with a lawn and patio area so great for BBQ’s.

The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher as well as a gas hob and electric oven.

I have WiFi and sky TV including BT sports, Amazon Prime and Netflix. The rent will include all bills.

The house is situated in Purbrook Gardens which is just off the London Road and a 15 minute walk to Waterlooville precinct. It is on the number 8 bus route and there is a coop at the end of the road which has a post office and ATM.

There is ‘The Woodman’ pub less than 5 minutes walk which has a beer garden and there is also an Indian take away, Chinese and fish and chip shop all within 5 minutes walk. The nearest train station is Cosham. Parking
Is available outside the front of the house.

The house would be suitable for two friends looking to rent together as I am never in the property. I will come over once a week to get my post and clean.
