Alcohol free home suitable for dog lover

Couple who do not drink or smoke looking for anyone in a similar situation that is fine with a dog in the house. If you have visitors, we'd do not allow alcohol or smoking in the house or garden.

We're on a bus route to Waterlooville and Havant. The room benefits from a bay window aspect.

You can choose to bring your own furniture if preferred, but we also have plenty of furniture available if required.

We are currently in the middle of house renovating and building an extension, but the main dusty work has been done, and the extension is almost on second fix.

Wife is disabled and is sometimes in wheelchair, husband is full time carer. DIY/renovating takes place in between caring duties (so not all the time). The wife and I have our own private en-suite, and there is a separate bathroom.

A washing machine and dishwasher is available. We have a combi boiler so hot water is available any time.

Bills are included.

The rear garden is a building site, and there's not a lot of patio space currently, but this can be tidied to make one available if you like to spend time outside.

The rest of the house is a bit cluttered, and there is too much stuff about, but this is only while building work is ongoing, and will change.

If you have a pet, we'll have to see if your pet and our dog get along without any issues before moving in.

We're usually quite quiet, watching TV, etc., but we're very friendly and quite easy going to live with. If you prefer spending time alone in your room, that's fine with us, if you prefer to watch TV with us, or have interest in our hobbies, that's great too. If you're out all the time, that's no bother, and if you're in all day, still no bother. If you prefer to cook your own meals, that's fine, but we do often cook from scratch, and you'd be more than welcome to eat with us.

You can have your own fridge/freezer in your room if you prefer that.

There are odd occasions when we're not quiet. It could be the dog barking, watching Snooker or Tennis on the TV and cheering, or simply the smoke alarm letting us know it's still working. I do occasionally have music on a bit loud during the day. I have a varied music taste.
