The room

We have a lovely double room available to rent to a working professional in our large detached house just outside Ringwood.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, double fitted wardrobe, chair with desk/makeup area, smart TV including on demand apps with Netflix (you will need to use your own account), curtains, and spot down-lights.

The whole house including the room for rent has recently been fully redecorated. The bedroom has new carpet and a modern ensuite with a roomy shower.

You will be sharing the house with my wife & I along with our baby and our three dogs (Darwin, Piri & Bobby). You will have use of a large kitchen for cooking and eating as well as a lounge / TV room. Fibre broadband and all bills included.

We are located one mile outside of Ringwood with a short 10-15minute walk directly into the Market Place or a slightly longer but more scenic 20 minute walk along the old railway line (Castleman Trail) to the High Street.

The Castleman Trail also provides a direct off road cycle route to Ferndown, Wimborne and Poole. Ringwood Forest is a short 5-10minute walk/ride away from the house with plenty of running, cycling and fitness trails. We are just off the A31 providing an ideal location for commuting to Bournemouth, Poole or Southampton, etc.
