A double room for a professional female

This North-East facing double room is available in a terraced house at Woodley Estate. I am not the owner but looking for a flatmate, preferably a girl. The landlord lives next door.
The room would suit a professional single person or Monday to Friday rent is possible as well.
The room has a desk, a tall bookcase and a huge wardrobe including several shelves, drawers and hanging space.

The kitchen is well equipped, double oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer provided. There is a very comfortable and warm lounge, a nice bathroom with toilet upstairs and another toilet downstairs.

The area is very friendly and quiet, bus stops to Winchester and to Romsey centre are easily approachable in a short walking distance. No garden belongs to the flat but is flanked by a fairly big park.
Location is 20-25 mins walk to the Romsey train station, 3 mins drive to the Hillier Gardens. Parking on road. The garage could store a bicycle.
